Cookie policy

This page explains which cookies we use on this site, their purpose, how long they last and how you can manage your consent at any time.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites store in your browser when you visit them. They allow information to be remembered between visits (for example, keeping your session active) and, in some cases, measuring site usage or tailoring content to your interests.

Along with cookies there are similar technologies such as local browser storage or pixels. For simplicity, in this policy we refer to all of them as "cookies".

What cookies do we currently use?

The site currently only uses strictly necessary cookies for its operation. We do not use analytics, marketing or personalization cookies.

Cookies we may introduce

Although we do not use them today, we maintain a granular consent mechanism so you can register your preference in advance. If they are introduced in the future, the option you chose will be respected.

  • Marketing: measure campaign effectiveness and limit ad repetition.
  • Personalization: remember choices such as language, region or display preferences.
  • Analytics: understand how the site performs in aggregate, without identifying individual visitors.

Legal basis

The processing of data associated with essential cookies is based on our legitimate interest in operating the site and protecting access to the admin panel. For any non-essential cookie, the legal basis will be your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We rely, among others, on the following frameworks: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR, art. 6.1.a), ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC (art. 5.3), Uruguay Law 18.331 and its Decree 414/009, and the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados do Brasil (LGPD, art. 7.I).

Your rights

You may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, as well as withdraw any consent you have given.

For inquiries or to exercise these rights, contact us at admin@switch-lab.com. You can also consult our privacy policy.

Manage your preferences

You can change your cookie preferences at any time from this page or from the "Manage cookies" link in the footer.
